The Stand Tall Garden CSA model:

  • Members purchase a share of the garden’s production before each growing season.

  • Shares can be delivered or picked up.

  • Receive a bi-weekly (every other week) share of the garden’s bounty from May to October. Distribution dates are:

    • May 30 & 31, 2023

    • June 13 & 14, 2023

    • June 27 & 28, 2023

    • July 11 & 12, 2023

    • July 25 & 26, 2023

    • August 8 & 9, 2023

    • August 22 & 23, 2023

    • September 5 & 6, 2023

    • September 19 & 20, 2023

    • October 3 & 4, 2023

  • Weight of each share varies based on the produce available. The volume of each share is approximately the equivalent of a full paper grocery bag or more for the large CSA share and approximately a half a grocery bag for the small CSA share. Each week’s share will contain about 6-10 types of vegetables.

  • Get a wide variety of artisanal produce including: black krim and clementine tomatoes, mokum or short and sweet carrots, microgreens, lettuce/greens, and many more. We test out new varieties of your favorite vegetables and carefully choose the most flavorful types that you won’t find in the store. For a complete list, see the Produce List.

We do everything in our power to cultivate crops with plentiful yield; however, unforeseen circumstances may arise that could impact the harvest yield. As a CSA member, you bear the risk of partial failure. Read our refunds policy below for more information. If the harvest is more bountiful than expected, we will provide additional produce in your deliveries, unless you opt-out of this. Contact Us to opt out of extra produce.

Benefits of Our CSA

In case you’re wondering why you should sign up for the Stand Tall Garden CSA, we put together this nifty list of benefits for you:

  • Get your fresh veggies delivered.

  • Eliminate most produce from your weekly shopping list from June to October.

  • You’ll get to experience new and unique varieties of your favorite vegetables! We grow things you cannot find in stores or at most farmer’s markets. You might even find yourself with a vegetable you’ve never had before, giving you an opportunity to experiment with new recipes.

  • Your food will be grown locally and provided within days of harvest, bringing you the freshest produce possible.

  • You can meet your gardeners, tour the garden, and learn about our growing practices so you can rest assured your food is cultivated with your enjoyment, health, and safety in mind. See our Growing Practices for more information or Contact Us to set up a tour.

  • You’ll be supporting a small local business that donates food to those in need throughout the community.

  • You’ll have access to events, recipes, and any videos we create.
